Ok, so I got two stators wit 23mm diameter, wound them with 0,4 and 0,5mm copper enameled wire. Used stock bells with 6 2,5mm neodium magnets. shaft 3mm thick.
Fastened the shaft into my dremel an fired it up. It refused to spin.
After increase in power on dremel, motor started up. I'll do some measuring later today and compare it with a towerpro 2418-21t-3d.
